during his tenure at CBRE.

Reid Mackay is Managing Director of EastGate based in Singapore and joined in November 2015. He has known and worked with the other principals for over 20 years. Prior to joining EastGate, Reid established the CBRE Tokyo Investment Properties team and lead for over 10 years, completing more than USD 12 Billion in transactions during his career with CBRE Group.

Takafumi Sako joined EastGate to lead and oversee the EGW asset management platform. Prior to Eastgate, Takafumi led the AM team at PAG Japan for their opportunistic funds for over nine years. He has managed more than 350 properties totalling USD 10 billion of value across all asset classes including office, residential, retail, logistics, hotel and data centres.

Hiroyuki Oki joined EastGate in January 2017 as the now acting CEO of EastGate Hospitality. Hiroyuki previously worked for Solare Hotels and Resorts as the Deputy President. He was responsible for asset management and hotel operations for all assets managed by the company.

Junko Asai is a Managing Director of EastGate and joined in EastGate EGW in 2012. As a highly experienced acquisition and investment executive, Junko has completed more than USD 3.5 billion in real estate transactions during the last ten years. Together with other members of the EastGate investment team she brings many years of knowledge in transaction structuring and closing. Before joining EastGate, Junko was also working for RISA Partners Inc where she led the fund management department.
